Set on 70 acres along 2.3km river frontage on the serene Colo River, Hebron Farm is ideally located only 1.5 hours drive from Sydney. A family project of Stephen, Fiona & their 5 children, the property is a place to escape the buzz of city life with two properties available for holiday rental. In 2018 a market garden was established and now boasts an abundance of organic fresh herbs & veggies.

Fresh Every Wednesday

Harvested fresh each week by the Hebron Farm team, and delivered direct to Potts Point Providore for our Market Day each Wednesday. Organic produce from farm to plate. With the farm being located only 1.5 hours away, it really is seasonal produce with the lowest carbon footprint available - good for you & good for our planet.

Hebron Farm Eggs

Each week the farm eggs are delivered to our deli fridge, and available for sale in 6-packs until sold out. These eggs truly are delicious and enjoyed by all of our regulars. Hebron laying hens are free to roam the paddock prior to bedding down each night to lay their nutritious eggs for us.

Eggs are subject to seasonal laying, as the farm hens tend to lay less as the weather turns colder. As such, we will not always have good availability, so we recommend you get in early after delivery so you don’t miss out!
